To be able to shop with us, you must be 18 years old. You also have the option of letting your guardians or another adult make the order for you.
As of today, we only deliver goods to Norway. All packages are sent by Posten / Bring.
Your order is binding when the order is registered in our system. If you want to cancel the order, you must call us immediately after ordering. We can not guarantee that cancellations made via e-mail will be registered in time, as we work hard to send out the orders as quickly as possible. If the order is sent, you can use the right of withdrawal. Return shipping must be covered by the customer.
You will receive two emails with an overview of your order. The first is a confirmation of your order. Once we have registered your order manually, we will approve it and send you a new order confirmation by e-mail. It is important that you read through the confirmation so that you see that it is in accordance with your order. If there is something wrong with your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Examples of this can be items that have expired, sold out or been significantly delayed in stock.
Information in online store
We do our utmost to display correct information regarding our merchandise in the online store. However, we must make a reservation that image / writing / printing errors may occur. Such errors may result in us not being able to deliver according to incorrect information in the online store or marketing. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order or parts of it if the item you want is sold out. In such situations, you will be notified of this by e-mail.
Prices and VAT
Our prices include VAT. You can see the total price including shipping when you go to the checkout, where you can also see the price with different delivery methods.
With us, you can choose to pay with Visa or Mastercard with Stripe payment solution.
Once we have approved your order, we will send out an order confirmation by e-mail that the package is on its way. If we have all items in stock, the order is sent as soon as possible from our warehouse and the delivery time with Posten’s letter / service package is 1-5 working days depending on where you live in the country. However, we must make reservations about errors in stock status.
You must cover the return costs for products you buy from us using the right of withdrawal and exchange. The costs for return can be found by visiting posten.no or choose your local post office.

Right of withdrawal
You are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the package. If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs due to the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without unnecessary delay from that day we will receive your return.
We make the repayment with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
You will not be charged a refund.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods back, or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been returned, or until one of these times occurs first.
You must return the goods or return them to us, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you have notified us that you want to leave the agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.
You must pay the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods due to a different handling of the goods than that which is necessary to determine their nature, properties and function.
